About the Program
Junior Warrior Training (JWT) is a structured youth development program for participants ages 8–13. The ACE portal gives parents and guardians a real-time window into their child's progress, attendance, rank advancement, and instructor notes.
Access is by invitation only. Once your child is enrolled, you will receive login credentials from your program instructor. Use those credentials to sign in and view your child's full profile.

What's Inside the Portal
Session Attendance
Track which sessions your child attended, was absent from, or arrived late to across the full program cycle.
Rank Progress
See your child's current rank, advancement history, and what requirements remain for the next level.
Fitness Scores
View recorded fitness assessments including push-ups, sit-ups, run times, and body composition data.
Module Completion
Monitor academic module progress — which lessons have been completed and which are still pending.
Certifications & Awards
A record of all certifications earned and awards received throughout the program.
Instructor Notes
Private notes from your child's instructor — observations, commendations, and areas for growth.
Permission Levels
Who Has Access
View-only access to your enrolled child's full profile, attendance, fitness, rank, and instructor notes. Credentials are issued by the program admin.
Full read/write access to manage trainee records, enter attendance, log fitness scores, and write instructor notes.
Administrative access to manage all participants, approve access requests, and oversee the full program roster.
Older participants may receive their own login to view their personal profile and progress dashboard.

If you are a parent of an enrolled JWT participant and have not yet received your login credentials, contact your program instructor. Credentials are issued by the program admin after enrollment is confirmed.
